“Miss Marley”—mommy opens my door and peeks in her head,

“Time to clean up your toys and get ready for bed.”

I smile and wink as I pass her a glance,

It’s time to do my bedtime dance.

First I prance around my scattered toys,

Picking them up, while I hum a sweet noise.

I twirl about, putting away my blocks,

Then down to the floor, for my dress-up box.

I place in my dresses one by one,

And tap my heels on the floor like a drum.
